To maintain the high-integrity operational standard of Street Capital, you agree to abide by the following standards during your interaction with our platforms:

You must provide authentic, precise, and current professional parameters when submitting consulting questionnaires, apparel configurations, or capital scheduling inquiries.

You are prohibited from reverse-engineering, accessing unauthorized servers, or interfering with database endpoints managed by Gigabyte Central.

You will not use our platform or the brand marks of our subsidiaries to conduct fraudulent acts, distribute malware, or perform unauthorized solicitations.

All original media structural codes, user interface templates, brand graphics, trademark names (including the Signature 1 brand line, RocPro X™ performance assets, and subsidiary logos), copy layout blocks, and architectural layouts are the exclusive property of Street Capital or its operating subsidiaries.

You are not granted any license, ownership transfer, or copy permission to replicate our proprietary designs, streetwear footwear aesthetics, or source codes without explicit written consent signed by our executive board.

Transactions negotiated through our platform or subsidiary entities are governed under these guidelines:

Roc Street Orders: Custom sports uniforms enter physical manufacturing immediately after structural blueprints are formally approved. All orders require full prepayment or authorized corporate purchase orders.

Luxury Appraisals: Certified natural diamond transactions coordinated through Flawless Frost Jewelry are subject to verified bank wire authentication and strict security screening protocols.

Development Milestones: Tech architectures scheduled via Gigabyte Central and structural schedules negotiated via S&S Development are billed on contractually agreed-upon milestones.

Street Capital platforms, tech services, and subsidiary structural elements are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranty of any kind.

To the furthest extent permitted under Nevada state laws, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied merchantability, fitness for a particular athletic or structural purpose, and non-infringement of technology networks.

In no event shall Street Capital, its executive partners, directors, or operational subsidiaries be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

This limitation governs any loss of business revenue, systemic data failures, physical building adjustments, or diamond appraisal variations resulting from your interaction with our holding systems. Our cumulative liability shall not exceed the direct amount paid to us by you during the preceding 12-month period.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Street Capital, its executive board, and its parent groups from any claims, legal obligations, architectural penalties, or accounting disputes arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our system services.

These Terms of Service are constructed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the internal statutes of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.

Any legal dispute, regulatory filing, or judicial action associated with these terms must be resolved exclusively within state or federal courts operating inside Clark County, Nevada.
